Nativo Inc. is an independent flooring consultancy that works exclusively with the insurance industry. We do one thing — flooring — and we do it for the people who need to settle claims accurately.

Our work began in installation and material sourcing — laying floors, tracking down obsolete product, and learning the difference between a real match and a near one. That trade knowledge is the foundation of every consulting assignment we accept.
For the past twelve years we have applied that knowledge to insurance claims: identifying flooring after damage, sourcing comparable material, and producing the documentation a carrier needs to settle a claim with certainty.
We do not sell flooring. We do not perform the repair. Our role is independent opinion and accurate sourcing, in service of a fair settlement.

We accept assignments across the country. Material is shipped from our warehouse and partner suppliers; inspectors travel to the loss location once candidate samples are in hand.
